Agency Admin

Use this guide to manage client companies and your agency in one place—plus learn how to assign Agency Admins and enable User Admin for user management.

Manage Companies

  1. In the left nav, go to Companies. You’ll see all companies your agency can manage.

  2. Open a company: Click its name to view its segments; select any segment for deeper details.

  3. Edit a company: Use the menu (far right) to update the Name or Custom Company Theme (logo/colors). Branding updates are managed per company.

Add a Company

If your license permits, you can add a company for each business you are working with. This creates a separate instance for all of their business segments, plans and data.

Add a company by:

  1. Clicking Add Company.

  2. Enter a name, then

  3. Select Create Media Plan.

This will:

  1. Create a company and a same-named segment

  2. Land you in the planning module for the first segment.

  3. Auto-share the company with all Agency Admins in your agency. You can add more segments anytime for multi-market/product planning

Add Segments

Additional media planning segments can be added to any company this enables multiple markets, products, or brands within a company to be evaluated within one company. To add additional segments:

  1. Click on any company name in the companies page

  2. After landing on the segment admin, click add segment

  3. Enter the segment name and all of the required fields

Once created, create the newly created segment to navigate to it.

2. Agency Administration

Agencies & Agency Admins

The Keen Platform enables agencies to manage multiple companies and administer users via agencies and agency admins. Key concepts:

  • Company: A client account that can contain one or more business segments.

  • Agency: Represent a group of companies that the agency manages. Your initial agency will be set up by a Keen Admin.

  • Agency Admins: A user type that, when paired with an agency, receives company admin rights to view and edit companies linked to the agency.

In this example, the agency admin can view/edit all companies and segments. The company admin can only see the segments in Company 1, and the user can only see Segment 2 of Company 2.

Adding Agency Admins

Keen Admins and Agency Admins can add new Agency Admins in the user admin section:

  1. Open User Admin on the left nav

  2. Click add user for new users or the three dot menu to edit existing

  3. Select Agency Admin

  4. Select the Agency

  5. User Admin Privilleges

    1. When checked, the agency admin will be able add/edit/remove any agency admins, company admins or users associated with the agency’s set of companies.

Your Agency

In the companies section, select the agency tab to see your agency’s settings and high-level information about the agency.

You can edit your agency’s name via the three-dot menu and view the associated companies.
