User Admin
User Types
There are three types of users in Keen:
Company Admin
Access: Can view and manage all segments within assigned clients.
User Creation Ability: Can add both Client Admins and Users.
Limits: Can be assigned to multiple clients, enhancing flexibility for agencies and resellers.
Segment Management: Can adjust properties of segments (like name and distribution type).
Only Company Admins can access the Users page in Keen Platform. From here, they can add other users or company admins.
Agency Admin
Access: Can view and manage all segments within all assigned clients.
User Creation Ability: Can add Client Admins, Agency Admins, and Users.

User
Access: Limited to assigned segments within an assigned client.
Default Option: This is the standard selection when adding new users.
Multi-Company Admins
Enhanced Multi-Client Access
A user can have access to multiple companies simultaneously by multi-selecting the company, this is especially important when managing multiple clients in an agency.
If a user has access to more than one company they are able to view all companies they are assigned to on the companies tab.
Company Permissions Control
User Admin Access:
With Permission: If enabled, users can access User Admin features and the segment admin functions.
Without Permission: Users will not see User Admin features in the segment admin.
Account Settings
Welcome Email: After account creation, users receive an automated email prompting them to set their credentials.
Profile Updates: All users can update their profile information (Name, Email, Password) within their account settings.
Password Reset: Client Admins can generate reset password links for users who cannot access their accounts.
User Management: Client Admins can delete or archive users from the Users page.
